Personal Injury Attorney

Highlighted Duties:
- Mentor less experienced Attorneys and staff
- Monitor prelitigation reporting to ensure cases are moving efficiently through the process
- Provide guidance to support staff to ensure profitability and goals are met
- Manage Personal Injury claims from inception to resolution
- Counsel clients through process, including regular updates
- Manage all pre-suit investigation - discovery, depositions, experts, etc.
- Review medical documents and calculate damages
- Research and analyze case specific legal issues, documentation, insurance policies, etc.
Highlighted Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited school of law.
- License to practice law in Kentucky or transferrable UBE
- 3+ years of Personal Injury Litigation
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, prioritize and to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong and persuasive written and verbal skills. Negotiating experience.
- Pre-suit deposition experience, and discovery/investigatory experience.
