Rehab Maxx is always looking for caring professionals to join our team. Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide Outpatient Therapy Services. Our ideal candidate will be an integral team player who delivers quality patient care.

Overview:
As a Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in performing initial patient assessments, teaching patients to use adaptive technology and coaching them through therapeutic activities. If you have a passion for patient care and possess the necessary qualifications, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories and physical conditions
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals
  • Provide patients with treatment to help them develop and improve their ability to complete everyday tasks related to daily life
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for home exercise programs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes

Qualifications:
  • Doctorate, Master's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Experience in outpatient settings is preferred
  • Familiarity with geriatrics is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
