We’re open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and our core values are Compassion, Helpfulness, Integrity, Laughter, and Development. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Activity Maestro: Manage and facilitate various activities, from homework help to fun games, engaging meals, and creative play.
• Summer Camp Hero: Dive into summer fun by supervising awesome field trips and exciting in-house activities.
• Role Model Extraordinaire: Establish and enforce rules of kindness, respect, and acceptance, maintaining a safe and positive classroom.
• Clean-Up Champ: Keep the classroom sparkling clean and sanitized daily.
• Team Player: Collaborate with fellow staff to create a supportive and uplifting atmosphere.
• Rule Follower: Ensure compliance with state regulations and Here We Grow policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience Preferred: One year of school-age experience (but we’re happy to train the right person).
• Passion for Impact: A desire to positively impact children’s lives.
• Professional & Positive Attitude: Reliable, on time, and always ready with a smile.
• Multitasking Pro: Able to juggle the needs of multiple children with ease.
• Loving Nature: Sensitive to the feelings of others and makes every child feel special.
• Effective Communicator: Builds positive relationships with management, children, parents, and staff.
• Willing Learner: Ready to get a Food Handler’s permit, CPR, and First Aid Certification.
• Meeting Attendee: Available for monthly staff meetings.
• Training Enthusiast: Committed to ongoing professional development and completing required training hours.
• Background Check Ready: Clear the Utah Background Check.
• Physically Capable: Meet the physical demands of the job, including sitting on the floor, standing quickly, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
