Responsibilities:
  • Assist with General Ledger entries, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Monitor and report on key KPIs and assist with financial analytics.
  • Assist with the preparation of accurate financial reports monthly.
  • Perform data entry and support various financial tasks as needed.
  • Manage credit card transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate level) with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with KPIs, reporting, and financial analysis.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Hands-on experience with General Ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Work Environment:
  • In-office position with the option for one remote day per week.
