Coordinates dispositioning non-conforming product with Corrugator Lead. Tag and remove non-conforming product dispositioned as scrap to designated staging area.

  • Program stacker machine control settings including back stop and stack count to accommodate the size of board.
  • Placing the proper load identification tags and dunnage on the corresponding units and verifying that the load identification tags present the sheet dimensions with the width (corrugation direction) first and the length (cut off) dimension second.
  • Enters finished goods orders into Enterprise System including stack height, quality, units per bundle/stack.
  • Maintaining clean and organized work areas, cleaning the stacker and conveyor areas, and assisting with the cleanup of other areas as needed.
  • Work with Corrugator Cell Leader and Leads on improvements and recommendations for optimizing setup, production, quality, and safety goals. Communicate scheduling, production, quality, safety or maintenance issues with internal staff if applicable.
