Position: Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Ithaca, NY
Population: Elementary, Middle School, & High School Settings Qualifications:
  • ASHA Certification
  • New York SLP License
  • Master's Degree related to Special Education

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and address communicative disorders through comprehensive case studies and determine eligibility for services.
  • Apply IEP policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with IDEA regulations.
  • Actively contribute as a problem-solving team member.
  • Provide direct instruction and/or consult on the use of assistive technology devices.
  • Collaborate with other service providers for co-treatment when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and data for students served.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administration.

Pay:
  • $60-65/hr. 
  • Hours per Week: 32-40 (depending on school/grade level)
  • Different pay packages are available based on your needs
