Job Description: As a Warehouse, Shipping & Receiving Associate, you'll play a crucial role in our operations by managing inbound and outbound logistics. This position ensures accurate physical and digital tracking of materials within our Warehouse Management System (WMS).  As a pivotal member of our operations, you'll manage the seamless flow of materials in and out of our facility, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.

 Responsibilities:
  • Receive, count, verify, and log components into inventory system
  • Assist in inventory adjustments, cycle counts, and audits
  • Organize and store components and materials efficiently
  • Conduct quality control checks on inbound/outbound products and materials
  • Utilize barcode scanning and printing for accurate inventory management
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments including Production and Management
  • Safely load and unload trucks and operate forklifts
  • Prepare orders for shipment including wrapping and securing products
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and docks
Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with basic math and technology (smartphones, tablets)
  • Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience with pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment preferred
  • Ability to work in a warehouse setting with fluctuating temperatures
  • Ability to remain on your feet and actively moving for extended periods throughout the day
Schedule & Compensation:
  • Shift: 7AM-3:30PM +/-
  • Pay Rate: $16.00+ depending on experience
