Job Description:South of the River company seeking a full-time CNC programmer/machinist w/minimum of 5 years’ experience. Join a well-established and fast-paced Lakeville company where your team involvement will be valued CNC Programmer/ CNC Machinist will program, set up, and operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce machined parts that align with quality and safety standards. CNC Programmer/ CNC Machinist will work 1st shift, Monday-Friday, and earn up to $40/hour.

CNC Programmer/CNC Machinist qualifications: 
  • High School Diploma as well as Degree or Certificate in CNC programming, computer programming, computer-related field, or mechanical field required.
  • Experience with GibbsCAM programming software.
  • Experience programming CNC vertical mills and CNC lathes.
  • Experienced in setup and operation of CNC milling & turning equipment with HAAS controls.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in reading and applying blueprints.
  • Attentive to safety procedures.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as a leader but can also work independently with great troubleshooting ability. 
  • Highly detail-oriented.
  • Experience with prototypes and short runs.
