Experienced Bartender/Mixologist

We are seeking energetic, fun, hosts, bussers, servers, and bartenders to become an integral part of our team Will train motivated self-starters who are able to follow directions. You will seat guests, make recommendations, serve food and drink, and build rapport with patrons at the dining establishment in a professional, courteous, manner ensuring the guests' enjoy their time with us. Must be at least 16 years of age to start (18 to serve/bartend) and able to work at least 5 shifts a week to include one morning, nights, weekends and some holidays.
The Ideal Candidate: 

• To succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with diverse team members. Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment is greatly desired. 

Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Explain menu items to guests.
• Look for opportunities to upsell. 
• Clean and prepare the dining areas.
• Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, courteous fashion.
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned.
• Knowledge of liquor, beer, & wine a plus.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields a plus.
• Ability to build rapport with guests.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Punctual.
• Team player.
• Organized.
