Medical Assistant

Primary care practice looking for a Medical Assistant. You will be working with others in a team based environment and will play an important role in caring for our patients. We are a low volume practice seeing no more then 12 patients a day. 

Duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Rooming patients, taking vitals and also brief histories.
  • Blood draws (and preparing specimens for pickup)
  • Cleaning of the rooms between patients.
  • Answering phones.
  • Scanning documents into electronic medical record.  
  • Making sure records are updated for annual physicals

Qualifications:
  • MA certification from an accredited program
  • At least 1 year of experience working as an MA.
  • Front office experience to perform Administrative Assistant duties a plus.
