Sales Clerk

Overview:We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision
• Maintain a clean and organized store
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong cash handling skills
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues in a professional manner
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly store
• Proficiency in using a POS system is a plus
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset
