Join our team:
Health & Wellness RN On Call/As Needed
Location: Adult Day Life Enrichment Programs- Peoria, Sun City, Surprise, AZ $28.72 ph
Available shifts: On Call/As Needed between 9am-3pm Mon-Fri/Must be available to accept shifts with 1 hour notice

What will you be doing?
Assessing members’ health status, providing nursing services, health and wellness counseling/education necessary to meet each member’s individual needs and assisting the Director of Life Enrichment as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. Provide engaging person directed programing, which includes implementing relationship-based meaningful individualized activities, providing choices, encouraging the members to be as independent as possible.

What qualifications do you need?
  • HS diploma or GED certification, 
  • Current AZ or Compact State RN License, 
  • Minimum of 2 years Adult Day Program, Healthcare, Public Health or Home Care experience, 
  • Computer/documentation skills required, 
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR, TB/Chest Xray
