Job Title: Proposal Administrator 
Position Type: Full Time 

Work Schedule: M-F; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM  
Job Summary: The Proposal Administrator ensures each bid response and proposal is created accurately, effectively, and within its deadline.     

Essential Functions:Create proposal responses.Keep each response on track to meet deadlines. Main Duties include:
  • Review RFP/bid opportunities.
  • Facilitate discussions to bid or not to bid.
  • Gather and submit all questions from the internal team and external partners.
  • Lead the writing of any documents required by a bid that are not currently available.
  • Review pricing and final documents.
  • Lead bid review meeting with leadership when needed.
  • Maintain submittal documents and ensure the accuracy of current information.
  • Assist in organizing submittal documents.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None 

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. 

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.  

Required Education/Experience/Certifications: 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
  • Proficiency in collaboration of duties.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as with team members.
