Hunting Learning Center is hiring in-person, part-time tutors who have expertise and experience tutoring advanced math, including Geometry, Algebra2/Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, and AP Calculus. The ability to tutor College Exam Prep (SAT/ACT) math is welcome.
Requirements Include:
- A 4-YEAR DEGREE IS REQUIRED. A bachelor's degree is the minimum degree-level requirement.
- This is an IN-PERSON position. A candidate must be able to work in person. Candidates in remote locations should not apply.
- Certification/License a plus, but not required.
- Experience levels can vary - current and retired teachers are encouraged. Professionals with expertise in subject areas are welcome.
- Must be a caring and qualified professional committed to the success of students.
The Opportunity:
- Bring your skills and expertise to help students develop.
- Work with students in a 1-to-1 setting, with the potential to work with 1-3 students as needed.
- There are no lesson plans to write or curriculum to develop.
- No parent-teacher conferences.
- Flexible, part-time hours – afternoon, evening, weekend, and summer. We are open every day.
- Competitive hourly rate and paid training. Higher rate with high-level math capability.
