Truck & Trailer Storage, LLC (TTS) is actively looking for a Landscaper / Handyman to become a valued member of our team.   If you are passionate about delivering high quality results in a fast paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.  Teamwork makes the dream work.
 
Qualifications:   
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  •  MUST have a Clean and Valid Driver's License.
  •  Own maintenance tools and have reliable transportation.
  •  3-5 years handyman experience.
  •  Excellent attention to detail and problem solving.
  •  Excellent time management, written and communication skills.
  •  Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  •  Excellent problem/conflict resolution skills, ability to handle and diffuse difficult situations and concerns in a positive manner.
  •  Experience with all lawn care and maintenance equipment.
  •  Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  •  Bi-lingual Spanish/English is a plus.
 
Responsibilities:  
  •  Mowing, edging, weeding, mulching and fertilizing lawns.
  •  Trimming trees, hedges & shrubs.
  •  Removing unwanted, dead or damaged trees.
  •  Monitoring and maintaining plant health.
  •  General building cleaning, maintenance and light repairs.
  •  Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building.
  •  Plumbing & Electrical repairs.
  •  Expertise in performing minor repair and maintenance tasks throughout the company.   
  •  Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and repaired as necessary.
  •  Operating knowledge of small tools and hand tools.  
  •  Identify and report the need for major repairs.

Pay:    
  •  Annual bonus dependent on job performance   
  •  Salary $14 – $18hr TBD based on experience.   
  •  Health Insurance  - Company pays 50% after 90 day probationary period   
  •  Vision & Dental - Company pays 100% after 90 day probationary period   
  •  13-days PTO within your first year  
  •  5 Holidays   
  •  Company service truck 
  •  Company lawn service equipment   
 
Schedule:   
  •  Mon – Friday 8 am - 4 pm  
  •  Saturdays  8 am - 2 pm
