Position Overview:
  • As a project developer Assistant at Colorado Custom Covers and Decks, your main responsibility is to help oversee the entire process of transforming our client's outdoor spaces into stunning and functional areas.
  • Once a project is won, you will help take charge of the design process.
  • As you learn our 3D design software, it will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing concepts that meet our customer's needs and desires.
Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for engaging with clients, actively listening to their ideas, and providing expert advice on design possibilities, materials, and budget considerations. Building strong relationships with our customers will be essential in delivering exceptional service and exceeding their expectations.
  • Working closely with our engineering team, you will ensure that all designs comply with safety standards and building codes.
  • Your ability to translate creative concepts into practical plans that can be executed seamlessly will be invaluable in delivering safe and structurally sound outdoor spaces.
  • You will be responsible for preparing and submitting all necessary documentation to obtain the required permits for each project.
  • This includes ensuring that all designs and plans meet local regulations and zoning requirements. Your attention to detail and knowledge of the permitting process will ensure a smooth and efficient progression from concept to completion
Qualifications:
  • some 3d design experience 
  • Good communication skills
  • Meet deadlines
  • Be able to work efficiently from home
  • Understand the outdoor living design concept
