Culpeper Recycling offers an excellent opportunity for an Automated Packaging Line/ Production Associate ready to grow a career with a busy multifaceted company. We seek qualified and ambitious individuals to operate a high-volume automated mulch packaging production line to continue our tremendous success and growth.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Safe and efficient operations of Automated Packaging and Wrapping Systems.
  • Performing daily preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and also PLC applications.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting problems with the aid of technical manuals.
  • Proficient in forklift operations.
  • Facilitating the loading of palletized landscape supply products.
  • Safety-conscious and driven.

Requirements: To be qualified, all applicants must possess a basic understanding of automated production equipment. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of bagging equipment and the related operating platforms associated with this equipment. Must be forklift certified.

  • Must Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
  • Must pass a Pre-Employment Background Check.
  • Capable of working a flexible schedule.
  • Must possess a positive team attitude.
  • Must have a common sense approach to assigned tasks.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
