McCarthy Fabrication LLC (MFAB) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial Painter to join our dynamic team. As a Weekend Industrial Painter at MFAB, you will play a crucial role in priming and painting steel rails, as well as engaging in various projects involving steel and aluminum fabrication as needed. If you have experience in automotive paint, it's a plus, as the techniques involved align with our painting processes.


Responsibilities:
  • Preparing surfaces and applying paint to steel rails and other steel/aluminum projects.
  • Operating an HPLV paint sprayer within the confines of a paint booth as well as a pressure pot set up.
  • Familiarity with Matthews Paint Color Retrieval System.
  • Maintaining and managing paint inventory.
  • Meeting and exceeding production goals and project deadlines
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Industrial Painter.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and ever-changing production environment.
  • Ability to lift 75lbs 
Schedule:
  • Weekend shifts only.
