Job Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays).
- Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures.
- Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment.
Requirements:
- Valid EFDA certification in Ohio.
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
- Experience with dental software such as Open Dental or Dentrix preferred.
- Excellent understanding of dental procedures and restorative care.
- Exceptional communication and patient care skills.
