What You’ll Do
As a Salon Manager at Great Clips, you’ll be doing more than just haircuts—you’ll be leading the charge in making sure your salon runs smoothly, efficiently, and with great energy. You’ll work closely with your team, building relationships with customers and ensuring their experience is exceptional. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be responsible for:

As a Salon Manager:
  • Lead a dynamic team of stylists, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure a positive work environment and top-tier customer service.
  • Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from staffing to inventory to maintaining the salon's appearance.
  • Hire, train, and mentor new team members, setting them up for success.
  • Track salon performance, manage budgets, and drive business growth while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints in a professional and friendly manner, turning any situation into a positive experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting salon environment, following safety and sanitation standards.

  • Licensed Stylist: You have a valid cosmetology or barber license and a passion for all things hair.
