Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:
  • Greet customers and provide assistance as they arrive at the repair shop.

  • Address customer questions or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Inventory Management:
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts and supplies.

  • Notify management of low stock levels and assist with reordering parts and supplies as needed.

Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues as necessary to ensure resolution.

Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the repair shop, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Prepare work orders, invoices, and other documents accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with scheduling repair appointments and coordinating with customers and technicians.
  • Handle customer payments and process transactions using point-of-sale systems.

Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers.
  • Follow proper handling procedures for hazardous materials and waste disposal.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:
