The ideal candidate is experienced, highly organized, diligent, team-oriented, pays attention to details, is proactive, able to lift 50 lbs, keeps a clean work environment, works well with others, and takes initiative. Production Job Description: 

Responsibilities include:
  • Passionate about baking and decorating cupcakes.
  • Consistently finish cupcakes according to standards/specifications.
  • Experience with buttercream decorating/ piping is required.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Must be able to work early mornings and weekends. 
  • Friendly and team-oriented.

Qualifications:
  • One year of previous culinary experience pastry/baking experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional roles as needed.
  • You should have reliable transportation.
