LEASING AGENTS WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE

Requirements:
  • MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH
  • We are looking for Experience and No Experience we will train the right candidate.
  • Basic understanding of MS Office
  • Good customer services skills

Responsibilities:
  • Present apartment to prospective clients in a persuasive manner
  • Evaluate clients’ requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations
  • Validate application information and references
  • Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements
  • Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically
