ProCraft Cabinetry Chicago offers a receptionist to apply your coursework to challenging and meaningful projects If you have patience with an outgoing personality and stress management skills in reception, performing high and multi-tasks including checking in/outpatients, friendly answering telephone, love working with people, scheduling appointments, and other administrative duties, you will be the best choice for our team We welcome and interest applicants who are looking for long-term employment and growth within our team **Please be prepared for cross-training through the Front Desk based on the needs of the company.

What you will be doing: 

• Greet and receive customers in and out accurately.
• Follow ProCraft SOP for the Front Desk.
• Answer the phone call and respond to customer inquiries.
• Schedule and review appointments through a booking system
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
• Opening and closing the showroom.
• Good computer skills.
• Receiving and sorting mail and deliveries.
• Ability to communicate with the team and different departments
• Positive and outgoing personality.
• Handling confidential information and assisting with administrative tasks
• Ensuring the drawers are full of coffee/coffee supplies, office supplies, etc. 

Qualification and Education Requirements: 

• Official High School Transcripts, GED, Diploma, or Equivalency Certificate. (Preferred) 
• Be personable and able to work independently and with others.
• Customer or related front desk service for one year. (preferred) 
• Good at computer skills.
• USA work authorization.
• Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Work-setting: in-person.
• Pay: $18.00 per hour.
• Schedule:  8 hours, Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm.
• Work Location: Hillside, IL. In person. We don't support remote work.
