Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Manage patient financial accounts, accurately processing payments and maintaining financial records.
  • Assist the front office team as needed in answering phones, scheduling patients, and any other necessary tasks.
  • Conduct audits of patient schedules.
  • Perform team member development, including but not limited to training, continuous coaching conversations, performance documentation, and disciplinary action as needed.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of previous dental office management experience is required.
  • Proven experience in software and computer systems, including Dentrix.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing processes.
