Charlotte's Premier Restaurant Seeking Dynamic General Manager 

Location: Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities:  
  • Lead with Innovation: Establish a culture of creativity and operational excellence to maintain our reputation as a celebrated restaurant in Charlotte, NC.  
  • Mentorship and Inspiration: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to success.  
  • Cultivate a Positive Culture: Build an inclusive, growth-focused atmosphere through respect and clear communication.  
  • Customer Satisfaction: Address guest concerns professionally, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.  
  • Master Operations: Confidently manage administrative tasks, including procurement, budget oversight, and cost optimization.  
  • Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with vendors and the Charlotte community to uphold and grow our local impact.  

Qualifications:  
  • Proven experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industry or related customer service field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.  
  • Exceptional communication and team management skills to lead staff and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.  
  • Strong financial and operational expertise to manage budgets and maximize profitability.  
  • A deep understanding of food and beverage trends and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.  
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes.
