We are seeking these skills: 
  • Professional Competency as a practitioner in Physical therapy, demonstrating independent use of varied evaluation and treatment approaches

Responsibilities: 
  • Provide evaluation and with patient and evidence-based goals to determine medical necessity
  • Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation and education
  • Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
  • Supervisory oversight of Clinical staff members.
  • Manage caseload using effective time management that meets productivity expectations
  • Participate in clinical workshops alongside other therapists to develop and achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations and takes initiative in pursuing continuing education for professional growth
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve well-rounded care and cement relationships with our clients
  • Refer our other services to our patients and ask for family and friend referrals
  • Build rapport with internal stakeholders to support our great team
