Kuhl Therapies is seeking a part time pediatric psychologist to join our neurodiverse team. We are a trans-disciplinary clinic which is unapologetically Anti-ABA who values collaboration and cooperation across therapists to treat our kiddos with a holistic and integrated approach. Therapist will be expected to be flexible and innovative with therapy approaches to best meet the child's individual needs. We truly function as a close knit team who work together on a day to day basis.

The Clinical Psychologist- full time will be responsible for:
  • Performing assessments and diagnostic testing for pediatric clients such as for autism diagnosis 
  • Referring to other professionals as appropriate
  • Collaborating with other professionals
  • Assessing and diagnosing using a neuro-diverse approach
  • Reviewing patient medical history/record and selecting, administering and interpreting standardized tests and measurements in order to assess developmental, musculoskeletal, neurological and sensorimotor function.
  • Developing and implementing individualized client treatment. Establishing treatment goals
  • Preparing discharge plans and home treatment programs and providing instruction and education to patients and families. Monitoring treatment outcomes, modifying program as needed and communicating recommendations to other providers.
  • Recording assessments, diagnoses and treatment in patient medical record according to established documentation standards. Preparing reports, correspondence, referrals and other materials for schools, providers, payors and others as needed.
  • Developing clinical knowledge and skills through participation in professional development
  • Contributing to the teamwork and collaborating with the other disciplines
  • Willing to embrace a neurodiverse mindset and be Anti-Aba
