Position: Respite Direct Support Professional-PRN/Various locations

Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:
  • Age: 18 years or older.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.

Job Description:
As a Respite Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to children and adults with diverse needs. Your role will include working with individuals who may experience behaviors and provide personal care, such as toileting, diaper changing, bathing, feedings, and overall personal care. Your compassionate approach and dedication will continue to create a safe and nurturing environment for our members. 

 Qualifications:
  • Experience in providing care for children and adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities .
  • Comfort and competence in handling behaviors and personal care.
  • Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dedicated team.
  • Availability for new hire orientation (Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM)
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Successful completion of required background checks and screenings.
