Program Supervisor

Job Title: Program Supervisor.
Reports To: Residential Coordinator.
Summary:
- The Program Supervisor directs and manages the operations and activities of the home to comply with all rules, regulations, and policies that apply.
- To provide a needed service by adopting a person-centered approach that fosters self-awareness, personal growth and gives each person the strongest voice with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- To lead by example, in a positive working environment and develop a positive team within the home.
- Provide regular supervision to all staff working at the program and supervise and implement all company and State regulations.
- Flexible availability is required for this position.
Benefits:
