Formed in 1995, Arrow Construction is a full-service underground utilities construction company based in Sacramento, CA and serves northern and central California and western Nevada. Our services include underground utility work, vacuum excavation, asphalt/concrete restoration and traffic control services.

We are seeking an individual with significant construction management experience to lead our growing yard in the Fresno area.  This individual has experience in management and business development, specifically for utility installation and restoration services in northern/central CA.  We have an ongoing book of business that needs to be managed along with the development of new construction opportunities to grow this relatively new yard.  Come join the Arrow Team and become the leader of an entire workforce for central CA. 
DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

• Develop a business strategy to maintain current client relationships while growing our market share by developing a diverse customer base.
• Monitor and communicate project revenue, profitability, backlog, and scheduling of work weekly to management.
• Manage all aspects of work on hand, ensuring work is completed on time safely, within budget, and with a level of quality that exceeds our customers' expectations. 
• Develop your workforce and management team to meet these goals.
• Maintain with shop staff all equipment on premises to keep a well-maintained fleet at all times.
