Lotus Technician

Qualifications:
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record & background check.
- Our facilities are DRUG FREE, must be able to pass a 9-panel drug screen (does not test for THC).
- Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic or a good
- Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
- Positive attitude, team oriented, strong work ethic and good references, and flexible.
- Able to maintain our high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs Including but not limited to oil changes, fluid level checks, tire rotations, repair and replace brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors, and other parts.
- Diagnose and estimates on vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
- Test functionality of parts and systems with efficiency in accordance with dealership standards.
- Help keep repair shop clean and organized while maintaining a professional appearance.
- Previous experience with CRM (VinSolutions or eleadone) a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of Volvo/Lotus/Subaru vehicles and their service requirements (training available.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer – centric approach with a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
