C.A.R.E.S.  Support Group Coordinator (Adult)
Primary Location: Sun City West, Arizona (Relocation not provided) 
Work Hours: 30 average hours week Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm
Rate of Pay: $24.59 ph

What will you be doing?
Leading, facilitating, and completing Benevilla Support Groups. This position provides emotional, social, and/or educational support to all members who attend the Support Groups.

What qualifications do you need?
*Bachelor’s degree, but certificate and 10+ years comparable experience may be substituted for degree.
  • Experience with dementia and other aging issues required.
  • Experience leading adult caregivers support groups preferably in aging-related issues.  Thorough understanding of group dynamics and group processes.
  • Ability to deal appropriately and professionally with possible crises within the group.
  • Ability to be empathetic and compassionate while maintaining professional boundaries.
