Position: Full-Time Office Specialist

We are a busy pediatric therapy clinic currently looking for an outgoing and well-organized individual to join our team We are in need of a full-time (36 hours/week) Office Specialist and Scheduler in the front office. This is a fast-paced job requiring detail and excellent customer service for our clients.  More information can be found on our website at www.mct4kids.org.

  • Location:  Medford, Oregon
  • Hours:  Monday - Friday 36 hours/week
  • Compensation: $20.00 hour/ plus full benefits. See Details below.

About Us:Medford Children's Therapy is a non-profit organization providing occupational therapy and physical therapy, for children from birth to young adulthood. Job Specific Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills, proactive, self-motivated, and ability to learn quickly and adapt.
  • Excellent phone demeanor and customer service skills to represent the company in a professional manner - especially in a busy and sometimes loud environment.
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Internet, Scanning Records, and Email.
  • Independent worker who thrives in a small office environment.
  • Scheduling background is preferred, however, this is not required.  A positive fun attitude and work ethic is more important to us
  • Flexible and willing to lend a hand wherever needed is extremely important. We are a busy but very friendly office and everyone pitches in as needed to keep things running smoothly.
  • A pre-employment background check is required once a job offer has been made.

Job Duties:
  • Check voicemail and emails, answer incoming calls
  • Maintain and make scheduling changes, work closely with therapist to maintain schedules
  • Greet and check in clients, notify therapist
  • Keep the clinic clean and organized
  • Maintain clinic signage
  • Maintain office supplies/Inventory
  • Assist therapists as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

We have now been serving the community for over 35 years and our services include pediatric occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, mental health therapy, and naturopathic care. We combine the latest, most effective treatment and techniques to address the unique needs of each individual we serve. Our programs serve the whole person, not just one aspect of their development.We have grown to include 8 clinics throughout the state of Oregon.
