Graphics Assistant

Looking to join a fast-paced and growing organization? Creative Solutions Group is looking for a full-time professional, highly skilled Graphics Lead to join our growing and dynamic team in our Maumee, OH facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow a layout to place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic image(s) on a predetermined substrate or medium
• Prepare substrates for vinyl application
• Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images. Weeding techniques vary with size, type of vinyl, and complexity of images
• Operate and maintain printer(s), laminating equipment, and plotter cutter
• Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting a graphic layout and then proofing for errors or unacceptable standards
• Perform finishing operations such as laminating and/or mounting of printed pieces
• Report inventory levels and stock to be reordered to the center manager/production manager or franchisee.
• Assist graphic designer with measuring of tradeshow booth properties and display pieces
• Install SEG Fabric graphics 
• Clean and maintain storage areas
• Be a team player and be willing to learn and assist others as required
• Be willing to assist the production department as needed including but not limited to tradeshow booth set-up and tear-down 
• Be willing to learn new skills as required 

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in sign production preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (4 hours or more)
• Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back-and-forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate
• Ability to work under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work
