Job Description: Our Executive Chef will exhibit outstanding leadership by recruiting, training, and mentoring the culinary team. Key responsibilities include maintaining a consistently safe, clean, and professional kitchen environment. The Executive Chef will oversee food cost management, conduct accurate inventories, and manage product ordering, while also coaching the Sous Chef to master these duties. The crux of this role is ensuring each dish is delivered promptly and surpasses guest expectations. Our Executive Chef is committed to culinary excellence and will inspire the team to pursue the same passion.

Requirements:
  • This position requires a minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume environment.
  • The Executive chef must be passionate, and thrive on the development and mentoring of others.
  • The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Executive Chef.
  • Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Executive Chef.
