URGENTLY HIRING LEASING AGENT WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE

We are urgently looking for a PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME Leasing Agent to assist us with leasing our properties.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH.
  • No experience necessary/We will train you.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in finding suitable rental properties by providing excellent customer service and property leasing guidance.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to facilitate lease agreements and resolve conflicts.
  • Manage property-related administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants, including bilingual support in Spanish, to enhance customer relationships.
