Supported Living Assistant

• The Supported Living Assistant provides support and service to clients who have intellectual disabilities living in their natural home environment.
• This part-time position consists of working 1:1 with an individual in their own family home and community.
• Qualified persons will have own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a high school diploma.

• Hours: Monday-Friday: 1:30pm-5:00pm (25 hours per week).
• Pay: $21.00/hr.

• Provides support and service to clients living in the community in their natural home environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be at least of legal age.
• Must have own reliable transportation.

Today, Clearbrook is the largest provider in the state of Illinois of services, programs and support for children and adults with autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy and other intellectual/developmental disabilities. Five families paved the way. Since then, new milestones have been achieved everyday. What was thought impossible then is a part of everyday life for over 7,000 individuals and their families each year.
