Bob’s Motorcycles is looking for a skilled Technician to join our elite service team. You will have the opportunity to grow in a casual and fun environment that encourages work-life balance. Previous experience and/or technical certification is required (any brand); knowledge of the BMW or Ducati product line is a plus but not required. Workweek is Tuesday-Saturday, year-round. Compensation package is industry competitive  Depending on experience, pay structure may include hourly wage, flat rate commission, and bonuses. Earnings potential is commensurate with effort and experience, $70K-100K is within reach. Requirements:
  • Previous experience and/or technical certification in repairing motorcycles (any brand)
  • Proven track record of productivity and efficiency
  • Motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Motorcycle driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Technically knowledgeable, experienced, or trainable on the BMW motorcycle product line
  • Good mechanical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Manual dexterity
  • Able to qualify for Maryland Inspector license
