The Practice: NW Counseling Associates, LLC (NCA) is an outpatient clinic helping families to stay connected, strengthen relationships and create positive change. The Position: We are seeking an experienced, licensed Child and Family Therapist with training and experience working with children ages 0-10 years. The ideal candidate will be independently licensed in the State of Oregon (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) and have a minimum of 2 years work experience with youth and their families.  Their training should include evidence-based, best practices for working with young children and their caregivers. Requirements:
  • Independently licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of Oregon .
  • Experience working with children ages 0-10 years. Clinical experience to include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and service delivery.
  • Training in evidence-based practices for children and families such as PCIT, CPP, Collaborative Problem Solving, CBT, TF-CBT, Incredible Years, and Triple P.
  • Dedicated to quality, ethical care.
  • Excited about the innovative use of teletherapy and a hybrid practice.
  • Desire to work in a creative and collaborative work environment with like minded professionals.

Preferences:
  • Bilingual.
  • Training and experience as a clinical supervisor.
