Seeking a skilled and experienced Waterjet Operator & Plasma Cutting Operator to join our production team. The operator will be responsible for setting up and operating laser & waterjet cutting machines to cut materials according to precise specifications

Responsibilities:
  • Read and understands blueprints.
  • Following directions/instructions step-by-step. Has knowledge of speeds, feeds, and tooling.
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as cutting parts per order.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of the components
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure conformance to specifications
  • Ability to use calipers and other measuring tools accurately
  • Able to use an overhead crane, and other lifting devices. able to operate forklift
  • Maintain work area and equipment: clean, orderly, and safe.
  • Follow all safety rules
