We are looking for an experienced Part-time Associate Sales Manager to assist with day-to-day operations at HOTWORX Eagan.  As a HOTWORX Associate Sales Manager you will be the leader of a 2–4-person team and will assist in managing staffing and scheduling, oversee day-to-day operations, lead both inside sales and outside marketing efforts, and be responsible for retaining and growing our membership base by generating and following through with leads, community outreach and events, retail sales, and ongoing customer service and member engagement.  If you are looking for an opportunity with a cutting-edge concept and want to become a part of an organization focused on helping members feel and look their very best, then look at HOTWORX Eagan.

  • Management/Leadership experience.

  • Customer Service.  3+ years (Preferred).
  • Experience/Interest in health/fitness.
  • Dynamic, outgoing personality.

  • Must be able to work flexible hours (including evenings and Saturdays).
  • High school Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
  • Manage day-to-day operations as directed by Franchise Owners. 
  • Coaching, and training sales staff while achieving personal sales goals; lead by example.
  • Provide professional and exceptional customer service, by creating a positive and motivating environment.  
  • Encourage and assist members in making the most of their workout routines.  Help create fun ways to engage our members and attract new members.
  • Sell memberships. Engage in networking, business to business, attend local events, and participate in all other marketing and advertising media to engage members and the community. 
  • Help grow the member base and brand awareness daily. Achieving personal sales goals.
  • Manage social media; Creating organic marketing content; promoting HOTWORX workouts, products, and benefits daily.
  • Conduct professional guest follow-up and member communications, via email, text, and phone; scheduling appointments, giving studio tours to prospective members daily.  Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
  • Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, creating a friendly, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere for members and sales team.
  • Maintain a clean fitness studio with a focus on cleanliness and operational excellence; fulfill general maintenance requirements; perform and supervise various tasks to maintain the facility, equipment, cleanliness, safety, and a successful sales staff.  
  • Making sure all daily opening/closing procedures and checklists for each shift are completed.

COMPENSATION:
  • Hourly position (base + commission), you control what you earn. 

Staffed Hours:
  • Monday - Thursday 11am-8pm
  • Fridays  9am-6pm
  • Saturday 11am-4pm
