Structures/Sheet Metal Technicians to assist with this client's production needs. 
The Aircraft Structures/Sheet Metal Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing aircraft components and airframe structural supports.
Essential Functions:
  • Communicate when tasks are complete so the next trade can move on the job.
  • Ensure the work environment is safe and clean.
  • Promote company values, vision, and mission.
  • Demonstrated capability and competency in field of expertise.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
  • Possesses strong fundamental aircraft knowledge.
  • Builds quality capability and responsiveness for Avmax.
  • Carry out maintenance repairs on customer and company aircraft under the supervision of a qualified technician or Lead A&P Technician
  • Completely and accurately sign off work-in-progress documentation and work cards for work accomplished.
  • Report unserviceable equipment to the assigned Lead A&P Technician and/or delegate.
  • Notify the Lead A&P Technician of all defects discovered during maintenance.
  • Attend training courses as directed by company management.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in the field.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
  • A&P Certified is preferred, but not required.
