Spa Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients in an enthusiastic and professional manner.
- Answering all incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist nurse and staff with spa duties to ensure clients are comfortable.
- Knowledge of services provided and ability to make recommendations.
- Using applicable software programs and other business-related documents.
- Ensuring spa is organized and tidy.
- Providing administrative support when needed.
- Managing and ordering non-medical office supplies and retail inventory as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Supporting daily duties of medical professionals as assigned.
- Available to work weekends (Spa is closed on Monday).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer relationship and hospitality skills.
- Interested in alternative/preventative health and wellness.
- Sales experience is not required but recommended.
- Proficient computer skills including Google Workspace, Excel, Word and other basic technology.
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required).
- Basic math: 1 year (Required).
- Must be able to pass drug screen/background.
- Flexible.
