Your primary responsibilities will include:
Event Installations, support, and breakdown:
  • This role’s primary responsibility will be to provide support to the Event Operations team.
  • Ensuring that prior to event execution, all necessary inventory is in place, and assisting with setting up and tearing down. This involves moving of chairs, tables, furniture, and other large items.
  • Truck loading and unloading.
  • Tent Set-up & Teardown (large event tent installation experience is a plus).
Grounds and Facilities Maintenance:
  • Keeping the property looking pristine is extremely important to what we do.
  • You are responsible for identifying issues throughout the property (landscaping, plumbing, electric, etc.) and quickly actioning a solution.
Handyman:
  • Able to fix minor issues.
  • Ability to build simple props helpful but not required.
Inventory Management:
  • You will assist in the organizing and maintenance of all of our event inventory.
  • Making sure everything needed for an event day is serviceable and prepared on event days.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
  • Part of your role in the company will be to fill in all gaps that are needed to support the team as a whole.
  • This includes, but is not limited to- delivering food, purchasing items from the store, picking up flowers for events, and assisting in the kitchen for events when needed.
