Job Overview:
  • Prepare Payroll upload file in Excel and upload into SAP. Enter payroll journal entries in SAP so the bank GL accounts in SAP will tie out.
  • Prepare recurring end-of-month entries and adjust journal entries in SAP. Prepare invoices for intercompany & external related companies.
  • Conduct Raw material survey at the Plant.  Compile survey measurements and prepare Excel comparison. Perform raw material survey roll forward for audit purposes.
  • Compile Cash flow reports on a monthly basis by assigning cash items to categories. Prepare AR and AP aging for financial reviews. Reconcile Cash GL accounts with bank statements.
  • Reconcile bank activity information in SAP system. Update the consolidated cash receipts spreadsheet in Excel using the daily Cash Receipts log. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • At least 1-year of experience in Accounting.
  • Preferred 1-year experience in the industry.
  • Accounting Knowledge, Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, and Square 9.
  • Able to lift items to count during physical inventory up to 50 lbs.
