The 401 is in need of a Host.

Responsibilities will be:
  • Obtain greeting guests, providing accurate wait times, and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas.
  • You will play an essential role in the customer service experience by proving customers with fast and friendly service.
  • You will utilize handheld technology to pick and process online order transactions, answer questions, and ensure customers leave feeling positive about their visit.

Qualifications include:
  • Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
  • Does high-quality work while unsupervised.
  • Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
  • Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
