We are on the lookout for a skilled Construction Inspector to bring their expertise and precision to our high-impact projects. Job Summary:As a Construction Inspector within our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and documenting the installation of water or sewer piping and related appurtenances. With your keen eye for detail and a relentless commitment to excellence, you will ensure our projects not only meet but exceed all specifications and regulatory requirements, ultimately safeguarding the well-being of our communities. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily onsite inspections of water or sewer piping installations, ensuring strict compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records, crafting daily reports and logs to chronicle construction activities and observations meticulously.
• Capture comprehensive photographs of the installation process, documenting critical stages and any issues encountered to create a visual progress timeline.
• Foster effective communication with construction teams, project managers, and stakeholders, delivering findings and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
• Engage actively in project meetings, offering insights and updates on inspection activities and progress to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review construction plans and specifications meticulously to prepare for inspection activities and preemptively identify potential issues.

 Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Construction Inspector, with a distinct preference for candidates possessing expertise in water or sewer piping projects.
• An in-depth understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations, honed through practical experience.
• Exceptional observational skills and a keen attention to detail that set you apart.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and problem resolution.
• Organizational prowess in maintaining neat, organized, and accurate records.
• Proficiency in using digital cameras and basic photo editing software to document project progress visually.
• A relevant certification or degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is highly regarded.
