Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday (with some Saturdays), 11 AM - 7 PM
Location: Bartlett, IL

Midway Staffing hires a driven, bilingual (English/Spanish) On-Site Supervisor to support and lead our team If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented, and excel at building client relationships, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead onboarding, payroll, and safety checks.
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver daily reports.
  • Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and initial screening.

Requirements:
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish required.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
