  • Assists with corporate contracts, database management, and risk management.
  • Assists Attorney and Business Analyst with integral corporate documents and materials, including contracts and agreements.
  • Works directly with Attorney and Business Analyst during corporate transactions.
  • Conducts UCC Filings and Searches.
  • Organizes, indexes, and files all legal documents.
  • Supports Attorney in quarterly Board of Director meetings.
  • Analyzes and organizes information in order to produce reports.
  • Monitors governmental and industry regulations.
  • Provides administrative support for Attorney and Business Analyst.
  • Works directly with other departments to provide legal support as directed.
